Who we are

Leaflet Distribution Bournemouth ("we", "us", "our") provides leaflet distribution, printing, design, and public notice leafleting services across Bournemouth, Poole, and the wider Dorset area. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and what rights you have over it.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry through our quote form, we collect:

• First name
• Last name (if provided)
• Email address
• Phone number
• Company or organisation name (if provided)
• The service you're enquiring about
• Your approximate campaign budget
• Any additional details you choose to share

If you're enquiring about leaflet distribution:

• The areas you'd like covered
• Approximate quantity (if provided)
• Your intended campaign start date (if provided)
• Whether you'd like printing and/or design included

If you're enquiring about public notice leafleting:

• The project or site location (if provided)
• Your consultation or publicity deadline (if provided)
• The approximate scale of distribution (if provided)

We don't collect anything beyond what you type into this form. We don't use cookies, analytics, or any tracking tools on this site, so we don't collect browsing behaviour, device information, or IP addresses for marketing or analytics purposes.

If you email us directly rather than using the form, we'll have whatever information is in that email, handled under the same principles set out here.

Why we collect it

We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry: to understand what you need, prepare a quote, and get in touch with you about it. We don't use it for anything else, and we don't sell, rent, or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Our lawful basis for processing this information is that it's necessary to take steps, at your request, before entering into a contract with you, in other words, responding to a quote request you've chosen to submit.

How we handle it

When you submit the form, your details are sent as an email via Brevo, a third-party email service provider, to our team inbox. Brevo processes this data on our behalf as part of delivering that email. It isn't stored in any separate database, CRM, or file on our end beyond that email itself.

We don't currently operate a fixed data retention schedule. Enquiry emails are kept for as long as is reasonably necessary to respond to you and maintain a record of past enquiries, and are deleted on request (see "Your rights" below).

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct anything that's inaccurate
• Ask us to delete your information
• Ask us to restrict or object to how we use it
• Ask for a copy of your information in a portable format

Children

This site and our services are intended for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
