How it works

Tracking is not a vague promise that we watched a GPS pin move. You get confirmation at the round level: which streets were covered, when the distribution was completed, and any notes on access issues like blocked letterboxes or gated properties the walker could not reach. That record exists for your reference and ours, so if there is ever a question about whether a street was covered, there is data to answer it.

What happens on the ground
Our walkers cover their assigned rounds on foot, door to door. Not bundled with other companies' flyers, not left in a stack on a shop counter, not shoved through a communal door and left on a hallway floor. Each leaflet goes through an individual letterbox. Where a property has restricted access, a locked gate, a key-coded communal entrance, we record that and move on rather than forcing entry or leaving material outside.
Rounds are planned by someone who knows the area, not by an algorithm that assumes every postcode is a neat grid. Streets with long driveways take longer than terraced rows. Flat blocks with communal letterboxes in the entrance hall are different again. The planning accounts for all of this so the quote reflects the actual work, and the distribution happens the way it should.

There is no rigid minimum order. A few hundred leaflets covering a single postcode is a perfectly valid campaign. So is a county-wide push of tens of thousands across multiple towns. The quote is based on the quantity and the areas you choose, and we will tell you honestly if a planned distribution is too small to be cost-effective or if you are trying to cover too much ground for the budget.
For larger or more time-sensitive campaigns, we scale by adding walkers rather than stretching a smaller team over more days. If you need a distribution completed within a specific window, say so upfront and we will plan accordingly.
